Dr. Berger Graduated in 1975 with a B.S. from the State University of New York at Binghampton and with a M.D. from Tulane Medical School in New Orleans in 1981. His Internship was at the Charity Hospital at New Orleans and residency in General Surgery at Tulane Affiliated Hospitals in New Orleans. His Residency in Otorhinolaryngology was completed at the New York Hospital, Cornell Medical Center.
